১. Supply & Demand কী?
- Supply Zone: বাজারে বিক্রির চাপ বেশি হওয়ার এলাকা → Price নিচে নামার সম্ভাবনা বেশি
- Demand Zone: বাজারে ক্রয়ের চাপ বেশি হওয়ার এলাকা → Price উপরে ওঠার সম্ভাবনা বেশি
সহজভাবে বললে:
- Supply = Sellers’ Zone → Price Down
- Demand = Buyers’ Zone → Price Up
২. চিহ্নিত করার কৌশল
Step 1: High & Low Swing Points খুঁজুন
- Recent Swing High → Supply Zone
- Recent Swing Low → Demand Zone
Step 2: Consolidation / Breakout Areas লক্ষ্য করুন
- Price Rapid Move করে যেখান থেকে শুরু হয়েছে → Zone চিহ্নিত করা সহজ
Step 3: Multiple Timeframe Analysis
- Higher Timeframe → Stronger Zone
- Lower Timeframe → Entry & Fine-Tune
৩. Supply & Demand Zone কৌশল
1. Buy at Demand Zone:
o Price Demand Zone এ পৌঁছালে Buy Trigger
o SL নিচে Recent Swing Low
o TP Resistance / Next Supply Zone
2. Sell at Supply Zone:
o Price Supply Zone এ পৌঁছালে Sell Trigger
o SL উপরে Recent Swing High
o TP Support / Next Demand Zone
3. Zone Confluence:
o Supply/Demand + Trend + Fibonacci Level → High Probability Setup
৪. Practical Example
Scenario: EUR/USD H1 Chart
- Recent Swing Low = 1.1200 → Demand Zone: 1.1195 – 1.1210
- Recent Swing High = 1.1280 → Supply Zone: 1.1275 – 1.1285
Trade Plan:
- Buy at 1.1205 (Demand Zone)
- SL = 1.1190
- TP = 1.1270 (Supply Zone)
ফলাফল:
- Risk/Reward ratio অনুযায়ী Smart Entry
- Smart Money Movement অনুযায়ী Profit Potential

1. Higher Timeframe Zones সবসময় Stronger
2. Zone Break → Wait for Retest / Pullback
3. Combine with Price Action → Confirmation
4. Avoid Random Entries → Always Zone + Trend + Confluence
